My stay at the resort was filled with ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, just a short drive from the beach, my overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and the frustrating sales presentation. The room had the potential to be lovely, but the maintenance and cleanliness were lacking, which really impacted our enjoyment. Despite some redeeming qualities, I left feeling disappointed and a bit scammed.

My stay at the South Beach Resort was quite a mixed bag. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, but unfortunately, I encountered several maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns that really put a damper on my experience. While some staff were friendly and accommodating, the service I received regarding my scheduled tour and issues in the room left much to be desired. Ultimately, I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, but the overall execution of my stay just didn't quite meet my expectations.
